Sounds like with iPhones/iPads. If it's gold, it's going to take forever to ship...
Kind of a bad joke, there are people paid literally millions to get things like this right at Apple. The vast majority of stores don't even have display models, let alone for retail to the public, demand looks to have been completely misjudge, let alone the shipping 10th debacle...
It would have cost Apple absolutely nothing to give advance in stock dates by country. they chose not to, preferring to "ride the wave" with all the hype created, net result worst product launch I can remember.
