Nexus 5 wouldn't be a bad shout imo... Recently got myself one and even playing graphically hungry apps it has no issues at all...

I'm surprised nobody else has asked this, but how important is audio to you? Because if you are just looking for great visuals, all major flagships have 1080p screens and Snapdragon 800 now (Note 3, Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra, Nexus 5, LG G2, etc.).

According to benchmarks done by GSMarena, I believe the Xperia, Nexus, and LG have the worse audio DAC on mobile phone currently.

Note 3 should be a great choice, but I am sort of waiting for S5 either.
