Good app to import 4K60 (+HDR) webm clips and export at 4K60?

I used to import 4K30 MP4 clips and export as a compilation in iMovie which was fine but now my source material is in 4K60 WEBM format which iMovie won't work with at all - is there a good program/app which does this?

Handbrake can do that.
