Good backup program for the iPhone on Windows?

Can someone recommend a reliable iPhone backup solution for use with a Windows computer? I prefer not to rely on iCloud and would like a local backup that allows me to access my photos and other data as individual files, or restore everything back to the iPhone if needed. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

iMazing does what you want. To use imazing on a PC you’ll still need iTunes installed.

It is a paid app - i think it’s worth it. YMMV.
