Good deal for used iPad Pro?

Found an ad on Craigslist for a used 128 gb iPad Pro 12.7 inch with case and Apple Pencil for $850. Good deal or can I find cheaper elsewhere? Thanks!

Now I am wondering if I should keep it, sell it for a 9.7 or gift it.
