From the Pics it looks like it is real but you never know. It's just a risk you have to take, if it is a fake I'm sure you will be able to return it.

Is it me or did the phone/case look HUGE in the pics?
They have a 30 day money back guarantee so you should be okay in returning it if you don't like it. From the looks of it, it's an Element style case. Personally, I think it looks a bit unrefined and looks like it was hastily made. But hey, for $35 it might be worth a shot.
