Good deal on iMac?

I'm in the market for an iMac and I recently found a reputable seller on eBay selling this version of the iMac:
Early 2008
20"
2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo
2GB RAM
250 GB Hard drive
128MB GDDR3 ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT
Includes iSight+Wi-Fi
No keyboard/mouse included
Includes SuperDrive

Compared to my current computer:
2.8 GHz Intel Pentium D
1 GB RAM
250 GB Hard drive
Intel 82945g express video card
Runs Vista

I think it ships with OS 10.6, no discs are included. It's $479 flat out. Is this a good deal? And a good upgrade from my current PC?
