Good Displays that play nice with Mac Pro

Has anyone had any experience with HP displays? Im wondering because i was thinking for picking up one when i get my Mac Pro. I really want an Apple display but its to much money for my budget, any suggestions for a different display are welcome 🙂

I love our HP LP3065 30" -- it is spectacular. Hard to Beat.

I have seen the 24" PVA Panel from HP, also nice, but I put it in the same category to which I do the 24" Dell, Samsung, and others with similar panels. Good but not great.

I am too used to high end panels.

Samsung 2693HM

I just ordered my Mac Pro and have been eyeing the Samsung 2693 that they announced during MacWorld. It looks like its going for about 599. There is a 24" counterpart that is going to go for 499.

Interested in people's opinion on it's specs:
