Good file management program???

    I am looking for a good file management program to use. I need to transfer data from an old server to a new one. Some of my files from the old server did not make it to the new server so I need to consolidate what I dont have without doing it manually. Anyone know any good programs?

    ChronoSync is really good at this sort of thing.
