I have a bit of specific situation where I want folders and folder structure to be replicated between two different areas but I dont want the files within the folders to replicate. Is there anything on the mac that can do this? Cheers in advance!

Yes, if you're not afraid to use the command line, you can do it using rsync:

As the article points out, you can also do it using the cp -a command from the command line as well.
