What is the real difference between MacBook and the MacBook Pro (I'm talking about the 13") when it comes to computing power?

If you want a brand new one, can get a brand new 13" on the educational discount for $100 more than the refurb on the normal store.

In terms of computing power then perhaps there's not much difference but just the mere difference in their screen quality is more than enough for me to choose the MBP against the MB. Side by side, the MBP tramps the MB's screen quality. Moreover, the better battery life in the MBP is a sure winner in my book.

Oh, thanks for the help. No one knew you liked the 15" and hated the 13". Good thing you cleared that up for us all. Maybe you want to start a new thread about it, just in case.
