Good .ipa file source?

I know a site where it has a good list of 'em, but it's in Russian and the download links are very limited...But I'm not posting them, just in case discussing .ipa file is illegal in this forum. But if it isn't, just make a quick request post~

it is illegal to obtain paid for apps without paying for them and as such discussion of such topic is not allowed on these forums
