Hey all, my Dad just bought an iPhone 4... like 15 min ago..

He wants a nice belt clip case so I'm looking around for one for him.

    Any good suggestions?

You may want to look in to the Contour Showcase which can be found at your local Apple store.

i know for the iphone 4 the otterbox defender gives you a belt clip with the case. it is a bit bulky though, but i think for the iphone 4 they offer a hybrid version of the defender. just check it out on their website

exactly. great products and great customer support.

unless you are very clumsy and/or work in a place where your iphone will need tank protection I can't see a cause for the otterbox.

I actually tried bought the white one as what I thought would be my outdoors case. returned next day. Felt like I had a macbook on my belt.

Normally I'd agree however, with each passing day, I'm beginning to hate the holster more and more

Wow, these are really nice. They are really expensive though.... $45 for the belt clip plus size to fit in with the iPhone bumper.

Apparently my Dad got the otterbox case with the clip and everything, but he doesn't really like it because it is so huge.

I might pick up that leather one for him though even though it is $45.

I agree that SF products are expensive, but I've had a number of their bags and slip cases for laptops over the years, and I've always found them to be of excellent quality and extremely hard-wearing.
