Good MacOS GUI for Ollama?

I just started using Ollama, and was just using Terminal for a while. Yesterday, I downloaded Ollamac, and it seems OK. But it's not much more functional than Terminal, or I'm just not using it right.

I was hoping for some interface that would allow for image uploading, or an easier way to try out different models.
