is the Good Morning weather on lock screen working in iOS 13.0?
i have set Weather's privacy setting for Location to "when using".
i have set Clock's Bedtime tab to a schedule.
but in morning the lock screen is just "Good Morning" without weather.
thanks.

in iOS13 Beta 5 there were posts that mentioned that Location setting for Weather needn't be even set to "when using", and would provide weather from the top (default) location you have in the Weather app.

This morning it switched from sim night mode to full bright light mode. I guess it didn’t like me snoozing more than once.

But I get no weather. I never have and I’m pretty sure my settings are correct.

What location setting do I need to have checked? Under Privacy, Location, Weather, I just have a choice of Never, Ask Next Time, and While Using the App.

Two features have flip-flopped for me between the betas and official release. During the betas, the Good Morning screen didn't show the weather...but optimized battery charging worked. Now, on official releases, the weather shows on the Good Morning screen, but optimized battery charging does NOT work.

How do you know optimized battery charging is not working?

When it was working, I would get a notification when it got up to 80% charged and it would say that it would be fully charged by xx:xx time. For me, that time was usually 4:30am. You could also tell by looking at your battery statistics. There would be a rapid increase in the charge, and then it would plateau and sit for a few hours at 80% and then you’d see the percentage increase again as it got closer to whatever time it said it would be charged by.

The easiest way to know if it’s working or not is check the battery page in the Settings app. If you see that it remains at the same charge percentage for a decent chunk of time overnight, it’s working. If not, it just charges straight to 100% and stays there all night.
