good program to clean mac?

what are some good programs to clean out macs junk,memory?
I used cleanmymac & it worked well (cleaned about 2gb of space) but now my google chrome & utorrent don't work.

anyone know any programs that doesn't do this?

I wouldn't recommend using clean my mac (or any app that claims to clear space for that matter.) There have been tons of complaints about Clean my mac in particular deleting important files and causing problems down the road. It's best to do it manually and delete unneeded files in your home folder.

Personally I don't use any of those, as they do more damage then good.

Unless you're really suffering from space issues, let OSX manage its resources itself.

as has been said, you don't need any 3rd party tools.

if you're running low on space, move your iTunes and/or iPhoto libraries to an external drive.

as for deleting apps, click here for instructions.

Just goes to show how messy cleanmymac is.
