I ended up picking my phone up around 6.30am and checked news etc until almost 7.30am. And yet I was apparently asleep for most of that hour!!
There is an option in AutoSleep that when you pick up your iPhone, it will mark the time as awake. This should help on that occasion. Unless you leave your iPhone on your bed during the night, as the movement will trigger it as well.

Thanks ... I will give it a go ... but it doesn't account for the time during the night when I know I'm awake and the next morning the app tells me I was asleep :(
 
Well, whatever app you use, I hope you all get a good night's rest. It's not good not being able to sleep.

I’ve been using SleepWatch for the past couple of weeks. I’ve also tried AutoSleep. So far I like SleepWatch better. In the attached photo, the red intervals are when I woke up last night. My sleep disruption is currently my biggest problem sleeping.
