edit: Dont you hate it when, the second you hit "submit Thread" you notice you misspelled your title?

What's wrong with the Dictionary (either the widget or the app) that comes with OS X ?
It hasn't been updated since it was bundled with NEXTSTEP and OPENSTEP.

Digital Webster from OPENSTEP

It was nice of Apple to put it back in, but the least they could have done was update the functionality.

For a Great thesaurus I suggest Nisus Thesaurus. When Apple didn't include the Digital Webster with Mac OS X, Nisus (and the Omni Group with OmniDictionary) not only brought back that functionality... they vastly improved on the concept.

Not that I'm complaining... at least Apple didn't steal the ideas the way they did with Watson.

Nisus is Pants

I gotta express myself here

Nisus Thesaurus is absolute Kack. Fair enough Apples one is rubbish.

But Nisus is like someone just made it up as they went along and couldnt really be bothered.

So many loops back to the same rubbish words its ridiculous.

But I havent found another solution yet... Im gonna try Grammarian....
