Any suggestions for a fairly decent thunderbolt dock for the MacBook Air for around £70-£100?

Will need:

HDMI (although I do have a USB C to HDMI lead so may not be essential)
SD/Micro
x2 USB A
Additional USB C
External Speaker connection

Thanks in advance.

I don't think you're going to find a "thunderbolt" dock for the price you specified.
UBSc, yes.
Tbolt, no.

Thanks. If I was to go for a USB-C dock, would I notice much difference would you say?

If you have multiple USB drives connected, you -might- lose a little speed between them, not sure about that. Remember that the connection to the Mac is itself USBc (I -think- the max is 10gb per sec, vs. 40gb for tbolt3 -- if I'm wrong, others please correct me).

The thunderbolt3 dock is faster, of course, but are of course more expensive.
