I'm not a Mac Mini fan (although I do have one). But, if you like the price / specs ratio and it fits you, then sure go for it.
They are fine machines. My only complaint is the performance / specifications for the money. But, it uses laptop parts, so that partially accounts for the low performance / features for the price.
For it's price, I would typically expect a larger hard drive running at 7200 RPM's and a DVD-Writer / SuperDrive in the base model. But, since they are laptop components, that keeps the price up.
