iPod good video convertor for the PC?

I am able to decode the DVDs I own, but would like to convert some to put on the video ipod.

most of the convertors listed here are MAC based, can I do it on the pc?
anyone have a nice list of good convertors?

i use videora for my laptop PC. it works great and it's free.

Videora's not bad, but it gets audio out of sync on longer movies a lot of the time.

Haven't noticed this problem with ImTOO yet, so that's what I use.
