I want to know if the shuttle will be on full display, will you be able to climb inside or just be forced 20 feet back and look.
So you will be able to go inside some part of the shuttle? All of them will be on full display, but you won't be able to go into the flight deck. There just wouldn't be a way to manage that and the space is too tight (TWSS). But it should be on full display.

Enterprise is going to be fun. Apparently, it will be flying in to NYC, though now that I think about it, it will probably fly into EWR (otherwise it's a long drive from JFK), as it has to travel up the Hudson to the Intrepid. If they went to LGA, they'd have to go down and around Manhattan and back up, where they are immediately on the bay at EWR.
Either way, that one will be bittersweet, as with controlling when they can go through (tides and all to make it under the bridge), they'll pass right by if not directly over the LAT/LON of AWE1549.

Does anyone here know if the SCA going to be preserved or scrapped?

To me that is a waste, if they are going to treat these as museum pieces let the people up close and personal with them. Don't just turn them into zoo animals behind a cage.It will be landing at JFK on Monday.
911 has been decommissioned already and will be used for parts for 905 and SOFIA. 905 will remain in service to help study the atmosphere.

They will be locked shut. You won't be able to go inside. I am not sure what they will do with Discovery. NASA installed a remote that could retract and extend the landing gear while decommissioning her, but that would require them to suspend Discovery in mid air and it sounds like it is staying on her wheels for now anyway. As pointed out, Endeavour will assume her launch position( and as pointed out again, how is that safe if the big one hits? I imagine she will be lost if a big earthquake hits and she falls over). I am not sure where Enterprise will go on the Intrepid, but it will probably be on her wheels locked. Atlantis will be positioned in a way to make her look like she is in orbit with the cargo doors opened and with a replica robotic arm extending out.
