Won't ask for a comparision, I'm already confused with features. I'll just state what I'm trying to do, and if someone uses one of the apps and can it can do what I'm looking for, let me know!

(1) I want to take a picture of an image (a page in a book, or hand written notes on lined paper and pencil) and make it appear as a scanned image, not as a regular picture.
(2) For search feature, I'm looking to search texts in an uploaded image, hand written notes in an uploaded image, and hand written notes I wrote using the apple pencil in the app.
(3) I study by reviewing everything and high-lightening what I don't know. Is there a way to undo all the high lightening in a fast way without selecting each and every high-light?

I use Gootnotes, I know there is a tool to remove "bulk" highlights, not necessarily select all though.
What I mean, it's like a layer, the text will remain and the highlight removed only, there are a few settings in the eraser tool.
Can't help with the other 2 q's though sorry.
