Google Chrome "Open new tab" = most visited websites

Latest version of Chrome sets "open new tab" to most visited homepage. I don't want people to see my most visited pages/don't want it as my default homepage.

How the hell do I change it permanently?

Get the Chrome extension "Empty New Tab Page".

Get the Chrome extension "Empty New Tab Page".

OR... Go into Settings and change the option to open a specific page or set of pages. No scrolling to even see it, it's the SECOND OPTION! See attachment.
