Google Chrome pops up a password every time.

How do I turn off the update password feature on the site? If I turn off the password. Can I go to my bank site to log in

Open Chrome settings, search for "breach" or go to Privacy & Security - Security - Advanced and disable "Warn you if a password was compromised in a data breach"
