With Google Drive's price drop, I went ahead and bought a 1 TB. What's the best way to sync folders between the Google Drive folder on my Mac and the various folders I'd like to backup to Google Drive (e.g. Music, Pictures, Documents, etc.). I want to keep my folders in my Home drive, but have Google Drive backup specific folders without me having to replicate that data locally in my Google Drive folder.

Thanks in advance!

Just use the app MacDropAny to create symbolic links between the folder you want to sync and the Google drive. I use this same setup to mirror my ~/Documents folder to Dropbox and it is completely transparent.
