Nope! Although I wish there was! I hope they implement something like that soon.

Apple Health can contain sensitive medical information and must be HIPAA compliant. Apple integrates all the fitness, health and medical info. You would have to export to a 3ed party app that has an internet site. Here is a good read to understand:

Try the Withings App.

Counts steps and heart from the Apple Watch. You can view on the app or via https://healthmate.withings.com/

I do have Withings, but that only shows me the information that Withings has access to. I'm looking for a web portal from Apple. I guess it's a wishlist item for the future.

Not too likely to happen unless Apple decided to segregate Health/Medical & Fitness info and add an App. Again that doesn't sound Appleish at all to make more complex and disjointed. Also we know Apple feels most of the future is in sandboxed/proprietary/iOS information and NOT the open to phishing/hacking internet.
