I'm doing some web design for a small business and in the past I've used stock embedded Google forms for contact pages. I really like the ease of use the spreadsheet database provides and since I'm not knowledgeable with PHP/ASP etc ... using Google forms is easy for me and the business owner. I do know a little HTML and CSS and I've been able to modify and customize code from a Google form. If I was using my own database this would probably be fine but are there any licensing issues per Google that restrict modifications like this? The modifications are very minor and mostly for appearance. Anyone know?

I dont think Google has released one piece of propitiatory software in the wild, so I would say yes, you are free to do whatever with it. But see what the others say at least.
