Hey everyone...

If I use the GoogleMap button on the desktop of my iPhone, it shows the red push-pin locations of my last search. (those are the coolest, btw!!)

How do I clear out the search box so that those suckers aren't always there?? I want to map to come up blank more often than not since I use it for traffic info and those push-pins are annoying when I no longer need them. I'm sure I'm missing something basic. A little help??

Thanks!!

Maps

Tap the search bar - tap the small x at the right end to clear the search, then tap the map to get a map without pins.

To clear the pin label but leave the pin, just tap the map.

Outstanding. Thanks!! (works like a charm)
