Google Maps navigation voice is missing

Guys, from the very first day of my iPad Pro 9.7 - the Google Maps navigation voice is missing . Does not matter I have allowed and set it properly. On my old iPad Air2 - the voice is there on the iPhones as well is there. Only on iPad Pro 9.7 - no voice commands and guidance. Any suggestions what could be the issue ?

Double check that you don't have system noises muted. Slide up from the bottom and make sure the bell with the line through it is not highlighted.

In what settings? I cannot find such an option.

You mean - mute of course it is not muted.

Google Map's voice instructions works on my iPad.

How about on the Google Maps screen when in directions mode...is the audio muted there?
