My Camera Roll photos have all backed up on Google Photo, however I have over 3,000 photos from my old phone that I added to my new phone as a new Album name, and those photos won't back up on Google Photo. Does anyone know how I can back up all of them?

You could upload those 3,000 old photos to Google Photos through any computer linked to your Google Photos account:

https://support.google.com/photos/answer/6193313?co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop&hl=en

One uploaded, they will appear in all of your Google Photos libraries.
