Not surprised to see voice controls being added to AI editing. Apple is way behind and has to catch up a lot to match all these features.
So far I have only seen AI create extra work for those downstream….
Companies think they are saving money by having AI send us information instead of paying a project manager to communicate with us…but having an outsourced, licensed engineer who charges $450 an hour do basic spec sheets, is going to cost them a whole lot more than whatever they pay their internal managers.
My engineering firm is currently debating how much we need to raise contract prices because all the junk AI generated information we get from clients is just wasting so much extra time.
So ya, AI solving real world problems…well not in my experience…
That’s an odd thing to say. I would expect that. But I’m impressed if it’s true that you can create more complex commands and it can properly execute them.the AI can understand even the most basic requests
“Conversational Editing”! Huh? “Conversational”?? “Restore … Remove … Add … Change …” How is giving orders a conversation?
Just in time for the all screen iPhone and cellular Macs. iCloud base storage will still be 5gb though.Wow, this is great!
Expect similar functionality from Apple in 2032.
Ha, ha, yes that is exactly how i would picture conversational editing.Hey google, what do you think of my photo?
AI> It's crap
What's wrong with it?
AI> I'm not sure I have the memory capacity to give you a full answer.
Summarise!
AI> Well, that food photo no-one wants to see anyway? Try taking it in focus next time, and before you've eaten half of it
Recreate it please
AI> Well, what was on the empty bit of the plate? I'm not magic
Loads of veggies
AI> Lying bastard. You mean fries covered in mayonnaise, right? OK - plate full of fries next to your half eaten burger
