Hey

I just started using Google Photos and I chose the option in the uploader app to also upload pictures from my Apple photos library. However, I noticed that also deleted pictures from Apple Photos get added to Google. Is there any way around this? I take lots of pictures and later keep only the clean and nice ones. I don't want to add all the bad shots as well.

thanks

Photos keeps deleted images for a while; sort of a trash can like feature. Not sure if there's a manual way to delete them, if that is indeed the problem.

In the Apple Photos app, select Albums, scroll down to Recently Deleted, select it, tap Select, and tap Delete All.

Thanks for the tip. I guess this means that I always need to make sure to delete those pictures completely before starting the google photo sync...
