Today I just looked at my Google + photos that I have set to auto backup and they are all gone. Does anyone else use this feature? And if so are you photos gone? Photos over 6 months old are totally gone

All of mine are still there. Did you check in the Photos app?

Yeah :( my videos are still there too, but all of my uploaded photos are totally gone. I even tried logging into the site via desktop :(

Maybe I'll have to go back to drop box.

I would have someone's head if my cloud photos were deleted. I would seriously complain to Google and let them know what happened. They must do backups or how could anyone trust their service?
As for a second service, Flickr offers 1 TB of free storage for photos/videos.

the only issue with flickr is there is no auto upload. At least there was not the last time I tried it.

Auto upload is supported for the iPhone on iOS 7 through the official app and HTC devices through Flickr for HTC Sense. Gotta think full Android support for auto upload via the official app is coming soon.

I contacted google and they fixed it. They had it backed up.

How did you get a fix out of google so quickly?
I have no idea how to get quick technical support from them.
Come to think of it, I don't even know how to contact google tech support.
