I have had music matching service from iTunes and Amazon before. Previously I liked Amazon better than iTunes, but the biggest issue was that Amazon cloudplayer does not support powerPC.
I have been trying out Google Play with "scan and match" and I must say it is superior to both iTunes and Amazon. It supports PowerPC and allows you to store 20,000 songs for free.
