Seems like a nice UI improvement over before but can I use a content ad blocker (like with Safari on iOS)?

I alternate between using Purify and Crystal and they seem to work great on most sites with Safari on iOS.

If you're naive enough to use the password management provided by Google... LOL, haha, LOL, haha!!!

But you'll use a password manager that is written by some software company that you "trust"? Anyone using any password manager is at the mercy of the developers to trust their software does what it says it does and that it IS secure and your passwords aren't being sold by some disgruntled employee to his buddies in the Ukraine.

Spyware. No thank you. Not to mention it makes Mac laptops cry faster than I can blink.

Runs so much better than Firefox for me. I honestly wonder if my Firefox is bugged but reinstalling didn't help anything.

Oh great! Big Brother has just released his new surveillance device... Can't wait to install it everywhere!

Software like 1password and other opensource alternative, is tested and true when installed locally. I do not trust storing in the cloud but security analysts says its safe. Assuming millions of people use it, if there was a breach we would know by now as many will have lost their accounts and money.

The only reason to use Chrome now is the Developer Tools. Safari works beautifully, and the extra battery life on Macbooks is just icing on the cake.

Dev tools is the main reason I use chrome.

Has anyone else lost their Full-Screen tabs and search bar? I need to exit Full Screen to see them. Instead, there's just a solid grey toolbar. Which is not cool.

After the update and the necessary restart I had to close and start Chrome again to get rid of that bug. Also there's no need to enable material design in chrome:flags like somebody else mentioned.

Restarting Chrome didn't do any good for me. The only way I can get tabs back is to toggle "always show toolbar in full screen" but that's not what I want. I want them to auto-hide like they used to.
[doublepost=1536181888][/doublepost]I saw this bug — if it really is a bug— in the beta builds many many months ago. How did this "bug" make it to the stable build?
