Google Releases Picasa 3.5 With Facial Recognition and Improved Geotagging

Much like all of Google's products (such as Gmail, Docs, etc.), it's about 80% awesome. Unfortunately, the other 20% completely sucks and leaves you "wanting."

I like the desktop app idea for this, but I much prefer Flickr's service -- and there are plenty of free desktop apps to manage your collection with Flickr.
