Google Sheets not working?

Hi all, After upgrading my system, Google Sheets seems not to be working for me. I've tried both Safari and Chrome, and a blue box appears saying "A browser error has occurred.
Please hold the Shift key and click the Refresh button to try again."
I can't edit the spreadsheet at all. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?
