Google SSL Question

    Did anyone else notice the Google sign having SSL sign on the Top but only www.google.com the European versions don't seem to have it...

    What does this mean for the Average Google-er/ Researcher?

    Clicking on it doesn't work it either.

    It's just their secure search page so your search queries are transmitted securely. Notice in your location bar it has https. You don't click on the logo, it's just a visual reminder you're using their secure search page.

    They've had this for a while. The newest Google feature is revamping their image search. It's now more like Bing. :rolleyes: I think it looks terrible but at least I can still see image sizes but having file formats visible and where it's from is info I liked seeing. Having to mouse over every image is terribly inefficient.
