A cursory reading doesn't make it sound like that would present a problem. Sounds like they want to shut down blanket queries of all apps (without a ligitimit reason, such as the couple examples provided). As Facebook is commonly used for login, would think any app could query that app as it would certainly have a ligitimit reason to do so.

p.s. No this doesnt also affect all Apple users. I have no Facebook account, and have no problem logging into all my accounts :p

Many use their Google account to log in multiple apps/sites as well.
 
Apple started doing this in 2015, so they are most certainly not equally late. While this is a good step for Google, they still lag far behind. Don't kid yourslef and think they are equal in any way.
Sure they started in 2015 and in 2021 we still have iPhone apps profiling and tracking you from app to app and across the web. That sure sounds like progress. It's all just marketing spin. Don't be deceived.
