    Hey,

    1. If my contract ends at December 2011, is it possible to get the new iPhone on the "early upgrade" offer?

    2. Will I still have my 3GS handset as well after the upgrade to sell? Or do they take your old phone?

Sorry if these question have been posted elsewhere.

    Anthony.

    1. 16gb/32gb $399/$499 early upgrade

    2. You paid for the phone, why would they keep it? makes no sense.

Not sure, but my guess is yes you can upgrade early, but you will have to renew your 2 year contract. The no commitment price is if you don't want to sign another 2 year contract.

You keep your old 3GS, and you can sell it on eBay or keep it as a paperweight

You keep the 3Gs...sell it on eBay to offset some of the upgrading cost.
