But can't get on the internet so I go on diagnose and server is red and internet is in red but other 3 are green please can someone suggest any solutions

N NewbieCanada macrumors 68030 Feb 26, 2015 #4 Take a look at your cable or DSL "modem" or whatever it is that your Airport connects to for the Internet. Are all the lights on/flashing/not flashing the way they're supposed to? Do you have an iPhone/iPad that connects to the Airport and is getting internet?
