Yup, I got it when I called AT&T and told them to enable my MMS.

so you just called and asked them to enable MMS and they did? you're like the only one. Or is it because of developing or something?

Well I got that message (I'm in Australia) when I updated to 3.0.

Basically asks you to enter your mobile number in order to use MMS. You click 'Cancel' or 'Settings'. Clicking settings will take you to the right section, and you just enter your number, and hit done.
