Just got my iPhone 6 replaced today, went to restore my phone, but am realizing through iTunes (11) it now won't let me sync my own music. It says iTunes Match is on, even though I'm not subscribed to iTunes Match, just the Apple Music trial. Is there a way to manually sync my music? All my music now gives me the option to "add it to offline" list, even though it's purchased music. I've heard of people having their purchased music get DRM added back to it from Apple Music, so I want to avoid that.

If you have iCloud Music Library enabled, what is stored on the phone is controlled on the phone. If you disable iCML (you can keep 'Show Apple Music' enabled), then iTunes is back in the drivers seat in respect to what is stored on your phone.
