Got LUCKY!

Apple must have extended their return policy secretly. I ordered a refurbed iMac 27" 3.2 i5 3 23 days ago. I had been waiting for months and couldn't wait any longer.

I called apple yesterday and they informed me they would refund me and even refund the shipping upgrade cost!

YAY! Ill be ordering a base level 27imac and upgrading the SSD to 512...for a measly $200 difference or so (with student discount)

I was so frustrated with the poor speed of the 1tb Fusion drive...my 2014 1tb fusion drive ran circles around my mid level 2015!

I got lucky, so morale of the story is... it can't hurt to ask. 🙂 Now for the 4gb video card and super fast SSD!

Yeah, I really did get lucky. I straight up told them that I wanted to get the new one. I figured that if they said no, then I could at least sell it on eBay or such...
