Congrats and enjoy! Was my first iPad before my iPad Pro (I really needed the pencil).

And Happy Birthday!

Congrats! I have an air 2 but the battery was having issues. My dog decided to put it out of its misery and shattered the screen. Until that point, it had been a great iPad! I'm using my daughters mini until Apple announces new units.

I got an iPad Air 2 recently and it's becoming a device I use ALL the time. I'm absolutely thrilled about it because the battery lasts me forever (I'm a light user). I do a lot of data entry on it with bluetooth keyboards and spend hours reading. I've even used it in class to do C++ programming (via repl.it). A great investment.

The battery life on this thing is INSANE. Absolutely love it.

10.2.1 is great. I don't do the beta tester iOS versions so I have no idea how 10.3 will be on it. But 10.2.1 is amazing - super smooth and I've had no problems. My iPad Air 2 is pretty new - less than a few months old.

Same here. My Air 2 now runs 10.2 and it has been going smooth. Unfortunately battery life has been shortened of 30-45 minutes from 9.3.5 and there's a recurring orientation bug. Orientation stops working from time to time. Besides iPad works very very fine.

Those kind of things are software bugs I would tell you to back up your device either on a computer or through iCloud then put your device into recovery mode you can Google how to do that then plug it into iTunes and click recover and they will install the latest OS available straight off the server of Apple rather than doing an incremental updates which may have caused your bags you speak of the reinstall OS should only take A little bit of time but the recovery of your back up will vary depending on Internet speed and size a back up good luck if u Do this process

planing on upgrading in MAY and getting me a iphone in SEP
I love my Air 2 it does everything I use it for with quick response and ease. I love some of the improvements of the Pro mainly speed and the new accessories for them but I cannot justify it when my Air 2 works completely fine with no sense of being slow even compared to the newer ones. Here's to many more years with the Classic Air 2
