I think XBench 1.3 needs to be updated with regards to the OpenGL & Quartz graphics test. There is NO WAY my 9400M with 16 cores (gpu) beats your 320M with 48 cores! You're disk speeds and notes of how fast virii scanning is along with 7.5-8hrs battery life is a HUGE improvement from my current (your former) machine.
XP will take the most of your battery life away ... even with SP3 it was never really great at battery life. I'm curious to know if your running your VM's without Boot Camp (as that is my preference currently).
Do a full format and migrate your data back ... especially a fresh VM installation and setup.
PS: Note that a few have reported Sound out issues in Win7 with the new 13" MBP due to a different audio chip used ... there is a thread around here regarding this; no solution thus far.
Looking forward to upgrading this October: I'm still peeved that the T9550/T9600 was never considered since it was used in the previous MBP 15" from 8-12mths ago and gave 6MB L2 cache.
