Got my Yoobao Slim!! (HQ pics)

I thought it was open all the way round apart from where it held the iPad in at the four corners and there were no port openings. Can someone confirm if i am wrong?
Thanks

I'd like to know this also. If it's open all the way around you should be able to pop it out and turn it around so the home button is on whichever side you want in either position (like the Macally case).
But the OP said you can't do that with this one because the ports don't line up? I don't understand that because in the pics it looks open on all 4 sides & only connected by the 4 corner tabs.
This is a deal breaker for me. If it's open on all 4 sides I'll be buying it though.

Found them on Amazon if anyone was interested.

On a side note, these cases look exactly the same as the Macally bookstand. Only difference is it's covered in leather. OP how is the flap on the front? Is it pretty stong feeling? Or does the leather feel like its covering at thin piece of cardboard?

I've since found them also, thank you. I believe the OP was wrong saying it can't be popped out and turned around either way. Macally is my all-time favorite case but I've always wished it came in genuine leather. Now it basically finally does :) I'm buying'!

Received mine yesterday

The iPad is held by the corners only, so you can flip it around. The tab feels like leather but at the end there is something used as filler as it is thicker.

Got mine last week

I recently purchased both the slim and the magic case from amazon sellers. I used the Magic for about a week and a half before returning it due to the problems i ran into with the glue wearing out around the clasp. The Yoobao Slim is smaller, less prone to problems closing, the front flap folds much nicer around the back, and though it offers fewer positions for typing or viewing, its just a much better all around case in my opinion. If you're trying to decide between the slim and the magic, go with the slim.

As far as the macalley case goes, I've never owned one, but i recently check it out in store. They feel cheap and the tab felt like it would come off at the slightest tug. The material the tab made out of is some vinyl type that just didn't feel like it would hold up. This Yoobao case is excellent so far.

Anyone have it in the brown/tan color? I would like to see a real life picture of that. I like prefer leather/pleather in that color vs. black.

I have the Chinao case and was wondering what the veiwing angel on this case is. Anyone that owns the black slim can they measure the card bit in typing angle mode and get back to me on here in cm or inches? Much appreciated. Im prob going to order later tonight if its higher than Chinao - it looks it & better case as no felt covering the screen.

Thanks.

2 1/2 inches

2 1/2 inches

Thanks! The Chinao is 1.8 inches so it should be, for me, a better typing and viewing angle - and i dont think the silver border of the iPad should be hidden. In the Chinao the iPad loses its wow factor (for me the user) - it becomes a sort of a toy rather than a tablet.... decent case but too conservative.

Chinao = Burqa. Yoobao = Mini Skirt!! ;-)

I ordered the Yoobao Slim last night so hopefully ill get it in the next day or so.

Anybody have any regrets buying it based on usage not alternative cases?
