If this message is sent to someone via iMessage it will reboot their phone, iMessage cannot be open in my experience, if you want to reproduce simply make sure iMessage app is closed and send this text via iMessage.
Warning some people have had to restore there phones to get past this bug, and also some people haven't been able to open messages after receiving it.
I have sent it to my wife it rebooted her phone, she sent it to me it rebooted mine. Below is the text copy and paste the whole thing and send it to reproduce, BTW I posted here NOT for a trick to play on someone.

Could someone experienced try this and see if it's been fixed in 8.4?
