OK i finally got gps to locate me outside, and even in the car. Plus it updates while im driving. My question is what does the large blue transparent circle around the blue gps dot on the map represent? Also i notice that when mine defaults to cell tower triangulation the locate me button stays blue rather than Grey. What does this mean?

The blue circle is "here is the level of accuracy!" so while you might be where the dot is, generally you're in the circle.

When there's no circle, you have the greatest accuracy.
